Offa’s Dyke Reflexology & Holistic Therapies are offering FREE self care wellbeing 20 minute taster with a £10 donation to the Foodbank!

Sessions will take place on Thursday afternoons between 14:30- 16:30.

5x 20 minute slots are available to book on each of the dates below:
